Production and Shipping

Please allow three to five weeks for your order to be processed and shipped depending on the design and quantity. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have shipped your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Worldwide delivery times are 5-19 days depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Policy

Please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders to the USA are shipped with DDP (pre-paid tariff fee) – this means that any possible tariffs and import fees in the USA are covered before shipping on our behalf.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the package has been lost or damaged in transit. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery.
